About the PhD-colloquium

The PhD-colloquium is a biweekly event this spring, which will be run by and for PhD-students.

It will be held at Auditorium Pi, Fridays 15.00-16.15.

We will start with just coffee and something to eat with the coffee from 15.00-15.30. You may show up early or late depending on your social needs. After that, there will be a talk for about 30 minutes + questions. The talks will explain things simple enough for everyone to understand, and may often be in the intersection of two disciplines. And if it is still something that is hard to understand, you can just ask without embarrassment, since there are no professors present.

The topics will either be something from the speakers own research, or it may be something that the speaker thinks will be interesting and useful for the students that are outside of the speakers area.

But, most importantly, it should be something that the speaker likes talking about!

Master students are welcome to join.
